These are the terms and conditions for The Art of Joomla Reference (herein referred to as "The Reference").
Access to The Reference is via registered annual subscription only.
The cost of the annual subscription is AU$49.50 (including GST for Australian customers). The subscription is for one individual to access The Reference. Please contact us if you would like a corporate multi-user login (rates negotiated on a case by case basis). Subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriptions provides access to documentation for you to read only. No support of any kind is available or implied.
Usage of all content on The Art of Joomla web site is at your risk. Content is provide on an "as is" basis. New Life in IT does not warrant that the documentation or source code will meet your specific or individual requirements. You expressly understand and agree that New Life in IT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if New Life in It has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the documentation or source code.
All original code, text and media provided within The Reference is copyright © 2005 - 2009 New Life in IT Pty Ltd, all rights reserved.
Except as qualified below, copying of text and media for any use case is strictly prohibited.
Code snippets used within the The Reference are licensed under the GNU General Public License and may be used under the terms of that license.
The Reference is a living reference but is currently incomplete. For the remainder of 2009, at least one article will be added to The Reference per month covering an aspect of Joomla Extension Development or using the Joomla Framework in extensions.
Abuse of these terms and conditions may lead to termination of your subscription (forfeiting any payments made).
New Life in IT Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
